John Sagman is a seasoned mining engineer with over thirty years of experience in project management, mining operations, and technical leadership, both in open-pit and underground mining. He has led numerous large-scale projects, from feasibility studies to production commissioning, ensuring technical coordination, planning, and control of complex projects.

Before joining CCE Mining, John held several senior positions at major mining companies, including Wellgreen Platinum Ltd (Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer), Capstone Mining Corp, Vale Inco Ltd and Xstrata, where he oversaw the planning, construction and commissioning of strategic projects such as the Totten Mine Project.

He has extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and leading projects in demanding operational environments, including in northern Canada and the Yukon, where he actively contributed to permitting processes and collaboration with First Nations.
